If you sign up for DailyPay on a Monday or Tuesday — meaning you have linked up your direct deposit information to DailyPay's bank numbers on a Monday or Tuesday — there is a chance that we receive your previous week's earnings on your regularly scheduled payday. If that is the case, we will simply include that whole amount in that night's payment for you.
For example, DailyPay receives DoorDash payments on Tuesday.
If you made $100 the week before signing up for DailyPay, and you sign up for DailyPay on the following Monday, then we will receive your previous week's paycheck from DoorDash for $100 on Tuesday. That $100 will be included in the payment that we send you on Tuesday night, added free of charge.
DailyPay advances earnings for the current pay period, not a previous pay period.
