The 5:30pm EST cutoff does not apply to GrubHub. No matter what time your shift ends with GrubHub, your earnings get sent out the following day.
For example, say that you work on Monday from 1pm EST to 8pm EST. We would send out those earnings on Tuesday night.
Now, say that you work on Monday from 1pm EST to 4pm EST (i.e., before the customary 5:30pm EST cut-off) -- we would still send out those earnings on Tuesday night.
So for GrubHub, regardless of when your shift ends, your earnings from one day actually get sent out the next night.
GrubHub activations occur on Thursday. This works a little bit differently than activations for our other platforms. This is because unlike our other platforms, neither DailyPay nor you can change the direct deposit information on your account. Instead, only GrubHub can change direct deposit information.
Therefore, we are only able to activate accounts for GrubHub once we can verify that GrubHub has changed the direct deposit information and that we will be repaid by them. This only happens on Thursdays.
