To cancel, log in to your DailyPay account and click Account Settings on the left-hand side of the screen. Then scroll all the way down to "Start Cancellation Process."
Keep in mind that if DailyPay has already started advancing you money for the current pay period, and you cancel your account, we will still need to be repaid for the amount that we had advance-paid you (per usual). So please leave your company's direct deposit information linked to DailyPay through your company's regularly scheduled payday, so that DailyPay is reimbursed. After payday you'd be free to relink your direct deposit information back to your personal bank account, so you get paid directly by your company in the future.
